This two-hour workshop, tailored for the city’s hardy runners and cyclists, focuses on post-exercise stretches for tired muscles and endurance building breathing exercises. Set in a room lit with SAD lighting – not moody, therapeutic, apparently - and infrared heating, the foundation course will work on hamstrings, glutes and quads along with core posture and positions, making it a perfect pit stop for those gearing up for triathlons or mini-marathons. Previous yoga experience not required.
