Th Art of Dining and The National Trust invite you to this first of three 'unique experiential' charity events. For five nights only, enjoy five courses and an evening's entertainment at Rainham Hall, an historic National Trust building that will be decorated with "smuggled" silk, old maps, glowing lamps and messages in bottles. For dinner, chef Ellen Parr presents a menu inpsired by the traditional food of the Eighteenth Century sea merchant: salted meats, lime for scurvy, smuggled envelopes of spices and more.
