The Action Against Hunger 5 Star Restaurant will include spectacular dishes from Duck and Waffle's Dan Doherty, Cinnamon Club's Vivek Singh, Italian culinary superstar Francesco Mazzei and Roux at Parliament Square's Steve Groves.
