One of three fireworks displays organised by Tower Hamlets Council this year to replace the traditional event in Victoria Park, which will not be taking place in 2011. Pyrotechnicians Walk the Plank will design the displays, which will take place simultaneously across the borough. As the venues are small, there will be no funfair or food stalls. Details of road closures and bus diversions are available on the council website. There is no parking and personal fireworks (including sparklers) and glass bottles will not be allowed into the parks.
