Scream on the Green

Islington’s finest picturehouse is turning the Green red-ish this Halloween, delivering fun frights in abundance via a slate of movies that go bump in the night. On the bloody docket is an ‘Evil Dead’ triple-bill, a must for Deadites and Bruce Campbell cosplayers alike, as well as ‘The Shining’. Fright-fancying families are also catered for – because little Johnny probably isn’t ready for his psychotic Overlook-prowling namesake just yet – with ‘Hocus Pocus’ and ‘Ghostbusters’ casting their nostalgic spells later over the ‘Scream on the Green’ horror weekender. There’s also a ‘Death Becomes Her’ drag-along with drag queen Crystal Lubrikunt hosting. Slay, people!
