Time Out says

Regent Street has pulled the etheral illuminated nets that have decorated the 'Mile of Style' for the past couple of Christmas seasons out of the attic. This year they're augmented with branding for the 3D family movie, 'Arthur Christmas', which stars Bill Nighy, James McAvoy, Hugh Laurie and Ashley Jensen and introduces a hitherto unsung hero – Santa's youngest son, Arthur. The film's out on November 11; the lights are lit from November 8, when there will be entertainment for the whole family from 5pm, hosted by Jamie Theakston and Emma Bunton from London's Heart 106.2. The stage will be located at the junction of New Burlington Street and Regent Street. Attended by Nighy and Jensen, the switch-on celebrations will feature performances by Kelly Clarkson, Matt Cardle, the cast of 'Thriller' and the West End Gospel Choir. The lights will remain until Twelfth Night. To find Christmas lights all around London see www.timeout.com/xmaslights
