The Lancaster London produced 80 kilograms of honey from ten beehives on its roof last year, so it's appropriate that it should host the annual London Honey Show. As well as food and drink stalls, you'll find a display of hives, stalls providing information about honey and beekeeping, equipment vendors and demonstrations. The evening culminates in an awards ceremony, at which this year's London Beekeeper of the Year is announced, alongside such arcana South versus North of the Thames and the Best Rooftop Honey. All proceeds go to Bees for Development, which supports beekeepers in underdeveloped countries.
