Olympic Games Through a Lens

An exhibition of photographs from the new Time Out book 'Olympic Games through a Lens', which provides a photographic survey of the modern Olympic Games from Athens 1896 to the build up to London 2012. Jesse Owens, Olga Korbut, Michael Phelps and Usain Bolt are among the sporting legends past and present to appear. In addition to the gold medallists and record breakers, there are images detailing political boycotts, mascots, stadiums, opening and closing ceremonies and key innovations, from the first Olympic Village to the introduction of the Olympic Torch Relay.
