Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch: Wiesenland

A major season of works by pioneering choreographer Pina Bausch. Part of the Cultural Olympiad, the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch: World Cities 2012 season will see ten works performed over one month, each produced during a residency in a different city in the world between the years 1986 and 2009 – the year of Bausch's death. 'Wiesenland' is the final work of the season, a piece created in Budapest in 2000, set against a mossy green mountainside backdrop.
