LSO Open Air Classics 2012

The London Symphony Orchestra performs Stravinsky’s ‘Fireworks’, ‘The Firebird Suite’ and ‘The Rite of Spring’ at a free, open-air concert conducted by Valery Gergiev. There will also be a performance of Gareth Glyn’s ‘The Lite of Spring’ by 100 young musicians from LSO Discovery (the orchestra’s music education and community programme). You’re advised to arrive early to grab a good spot. No glass or furniture is allowed in the square.
