Kyiv City Ballet: A Tribute To Peace

In February 2022 the Kyiv City Ballet left Ukraine to go on tour in France, but at the time they didn't know they wouldn't be returning. With the war against Russia breaking out just one day after the company left its home country, the Kyiv City Ballet dancers remain exiled from their invaded home. Now, the company presents a mixed bill of excerpts of its favourite ballets in its first ever London show. The programme includes snippets of ‘Les Sylphides’, ‘Tribute To Peace’, ‘Carmen’ and ‘Men of Kyiv’ (a Ukrainian folk dance).
