Diana Vishneva: On the Edge

Star of the Mariinsky and American Ballet Theatre, Russian dancer Diana Vishneva arrives in London with this double bill of works commissioned especially for her. 'On the Edge' features Jean-Christophe Maillot's work 'Switch' alongside the solo work 'Woman in a Room' by Carolyn Carlson. 'Woman in a Room' is inspired by the films of Andrei Tarkovsky and tells of a woman's life of joy, bitterness and contemplation.
