A triple bill from the Royal Ballet featuring three works by Kenneth MacMillan, director and then choreographer with the company from 1970 to his death in 1992. 1976's 'Requiem' is the highlight, a heart-stoppingly beautiful work set to the music of Fauré and created as a tribute to fellow choreographer John Cranko. Also on the bill are 'Concerto', set to Shostakovich's Second Piano Concerto and 'Las Hermanas', based on Federico Garcia Lorca's play 'The House of Bernarda Alba'.
