Boxe Boxe

A return to London for French Compagnie Kafig who stage its show merging boxing and dance. Artistic director Mourad Merzouki's choreography is performed by eight dancers that blend martial arts, street and contemporary dance in a fusion of hip hop-tinged boxing ring spectacle. Accompanied by an onstage string quartet which plays music by Schubert, Philip Glass and Glenn Miller. Part of the Spitalfields Music Summer Festival.
