The extensive repertoire of the acclaimed ABT encompasses the great full-length ballets of the nineteenth century as well as modern classics and brand new commissions. Here they go for the latter pair in two programmes: the first features two UK premieres – Alexei Ratmansky's 'Seven Sonatas' and Benjamin Millepied's 'Everything Doesn't Happen At Once' – as well as Twyla Tharp's 'Known By Heart' pas de deux and George Balanchine's 'Duo Concertant', set to Stravinsky. Programme Two is comprised of Balanchine's 'Theme and Variations', Antony Tudor's 'Jardin aux Lilas' and Paul Taylor's 'Company B', performed to Andrews Sisters songs.
