Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater: Mixed Bill

The incredible all-black New York-based dance company, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater (AAADT), will return to Sadler's Wells with a mixed bill this September. The mixed bill will include electrifying Ailey classics like ‘Revelations’ (which happens to be the most performed piece of modern dance in history) and ‘The River’, as well as more recent creations by the company's director Robert Battle, alongside Jamar Roberts and Kyle Abraham. We're excited for ‘Are You In Your Feelings?’, a celebration of Black culture and music, set to a mixtape of soul, hip-hop, and R&B. Think contemporary dance meets Kendrick Lamar.
