Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater

African-American dance legend Alvin Ailey's company are jetting into Sadlers Wells from New York, to deliver one of their periodic showcases of world class contemporary dance theatre. Split across three programmes, they'll celebrate Ella Fitzgerald, create fresh takes on folk traditions, and deliver a hip hop meditation on the life of their late founder.
