Wendy Houstoun is a unique presence in the UK dance world, working in all manner of mediums – video, performance, theatre, site-specific – and using voice, text and humour as well as movement to communicate her ideas. '50 Acts', this latest solo work, is a 'retaliation against the world', addressing some of the things that matter to her in the modern world, whether personal, political or in performance.
