In the latest of her mental health-related live shows, former TV mainstay Wax recounts a 2022 in which she embarked upon an intense quest to find meaning in the world, with such undertakings as swimming with humpback whales, joining a Christian monastery, working in a refugee camp and doing a silent 30-day mindfulness retreat.
