Single man*, reveal yourself! Let the Paddy see the McGuinness! No likey… er, don't buy a ticket, I guess? That's right, the host of ITV's primetime dating show 'Take Me Out' is back on the road, rounding off his 'Daddy McGuinness' tour with a massive date at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Before 'Take Me Out', McGuinness was best known as doorman Paddy in Peter Kay's 'Phoenix Nights', and spin-off series 'Max & Paddy'. And, hey, the sold-out 'Phoenix Nights' revival (which took place at Manchester Arena for Comic Relief) is sure to shift some tickets to the 41-year-old TV host's comedy tour. It could be quite fun, in a Saturday-night-ITV kind of way. Just don't expect groundbreaking stand-up.
*Note: Paddy McGuinness isn't a single man. He's happily married.
