Who? A ‘two guys and a girl’ propless sketch trio – Joe Barnes, Abi Tedder and Harry Michell – who put middle-class woes at the centre of their witty material.
What? The show is a fast-paced, clean-cut collection of scene changes, marked by the sound of a bell for each transition. Expect to see them switch around 30 times in an hour-long show.
Why? The trio have a sketch trademark in which they only ever face the audience while performing. It’s as though you’re the camera and they’re looking into your lens for every sketch. Compelling, yes, gimmicky, no.
