Matt Okine – Being Black and Chicken and S#%t

Talented young Australian comic Matt Okine is fresh from a run at the Edinburgh Fringe, where he received a nomination for Best Newcomer at the Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Awards. His storytelling hour mixes observations about eating seafood and cooking toast with tales about a trip to Ghana. He touches on some serious issues about race, but all the while he's permanently upbeat. A hugely assured comic.
