Mark Steel: Who Do I Think I Am?

Mark Steel, comic, newspaper columnist and one-time member of the Socialist Workers Party, is best known for his strident political beliefs. His magnetic stand-up – full of aggressive (yet surprisingly cheerful!) irony at The State We’re In – rails against the Tories, capitalist iniquities, and, well, anyone to the right of Jeremy Corbyn. In new show ‘Who Do I Think I Am?’, the South Londoner uses politics as the backdrop to a very personal journey – his quest to find the birth parents who gave him up for adoption in the 1960s.
