Lucy Pearman – half of silly sketch duo LetLuce – bagged a Best Newcomer nomination at the 2017 Edinburgh Comedy Awards for her brilliantly absurd solo debut, 'Maid of Cabbage'.
Pearman plays an Edwardian maid on a quest to find the perfect cabbage, but there's a 'bad side' to her that threatens to foil her plans.
It's a superb mix of physical clowning, home-made props, music stings and innovative costume changes. It's also ridiculously silly and very funny indeed. Go see.
