With Sloane Square’s iconic Royal Court Theatre currently between ruling regimes – new theatre programming doesn’t return until May – the atmospheric building is being taken over by comedy producers Avalon for a week and a bit that’ll see it backed with names both hip and big: catch acclaimed recent shows from the likes of Ania Magliano an Ahir Shah, with the headline event being comic and commentator David Baddiel reprising all three of his most recent stand-up shows: ‘My Family: Not the Sitcom’, ‘Fame: Not the Musical’ and ‘Trolls: Not the Dolls’, which will be filmed for posterity.
