The Blitz Party

Rewind to the '40s at this air raid shelter shindig, where sandbags, blackout curtains, searchlights and oil lamps with military bunk beds to sit on will complete your authentic experience, along with ration books replacing bar tabs and provisions lining the walls. Live swing bands, DJs spinning big band classics, 'wartime snacks' (spam?), original newsreels and wartime films will also be part of the fun. Make a special effort with your 1940s glam-wear, home-front utility clothing and allied uniforms. Just don't get too blitzed if you're flying your Spitfire home. Tally ho!
