Longplay, the night where classic albums get played in full for the audience, was pretty much made for this: a chance to play the whole of Daft Punk's new funky odyssey, 'Random Access Memories' in full, with punters encouraged to dress up in suitable robotic attire. Ok, so it may not be a classic album, but this seems like a great way to celebrate the madness surrounding the French duo and their new record. You can also hear tracks from DP collaborators, which should include disco/funk legends Nile Rodgers and Giorgio Moroder, rapper Pharrell, garage producer Todd Edwards, and perhaps – for a blast from their Gap advert past – Juliette Lewis' band Juliette and the Licks...?
