More eclectic electronic goodness from H&P, as they take over Dalston's Birthdays with an inspired pairing. One of the most exciting producers of the last year or so, Daphni (AKA Dan Snaith, AKA ace DJ and the dude behind psych-pop-electronic act Caribou) squares off – in a friendly, musical way, of course – against Nozinja, a producer from the South Africa-based Shangaan Electro collective, who specialise in high-speed, high-energy dance, driven by synths and manic marimbas. Daphni has a penchant for African beats and flavours in his progressive, house-ish electronic journeys, so it'll be fascinating to see the musical dual between these two.
