The final ever edition of Laurence Malice's seminal, influential club night Trade, London's first (legal) after-hours event. Originally started at now-defunct club Turnmills, Trade has been supplying true party animals with the harder side of house and techno - plus some chunky electro and classic US house vibes - for over two decades.
Hugely popular with gay crowds, but very much open to all and always inclusive, Trade has stamped its mark on London's nightlife map forever, and is bowing out with one final blast of a party: a trio of superb selectors - Nina Kraviz, Nicole Moudaber ad Christian Smith - lead the huge line-up, with plenty more expert DJs and Trade family from over the years, spinning upfront dance bliss across Egg's multiple rooms, including Smokin' Jo, Pagano, Tom Stephan, Pete Wardman and Rachel Auburn.
There'll be plenty of Trade regulars and loyal followers who've attended the club over the years, but as has been Trade's ethos since its inception, everyone is welcome. Make sure you note the opening time and the marathon session that lies ahead: the fun starts at 2pm Sunday and carries on all until all of 10am on Monday morning. Best book the Monday off work, eh?
