Time Out says

Authors Lawrence Norfolk and Kate Colquhoun address the question of food in books, which doesn't have much basis. The two will also be discussing their respective books, Norfolk's novel 'John Saturnall's Feast', which is set in seventeenth-century England and follows an orphan in his quest to become the greatest cook around; and Colquhoun's 'Taste: The Story of Britain through its Cooking'.
