North London Literary Festival: A Tribute to James Herbert

The 69-year-old horror writer – known best for his first two terrifying books 'The Rats' and 'The Fog', which scared numerous teens witless – was due to talk tonight to bring the North London Literary Festival to a close, but following his death on Wednesday March 20, the folk behind the festival will instead be paying tribute to the talented author.
