There have arguably never been cabaret shows quite like Alp Haydar's 'one-man pantomimes'. Mixing nod-and-a-wink crooning with outlandishly ambitious interactive video work, they tackle intensely personal subjects through exuberantly fantastical settings, managing to be at once crowd-pleasing and thought-provoking, moving and hilarious. 'Atlantis' picks up where 'Flight 666 to Bermuda' left off, with Alp and his new beloved, jihadist Mohammed (also played, like every character, by Haydar), fighting for survival on a tropical island against the mother of all foes.
