A Celebration Of Haruki Murakami

In light of the UK edition of prolific Japanese novelist Murakami's '1Q84' (in two volumes), which sold one million copies in its first month of release in Japan, the Big Green Book shop are hosting an evening of treats running up to midnight, when you'll officially be allowed to take home your copy of the book. Running with an oriental theme, there will be Japanese drinks and snacks, followed by a meal and a screening of 'Norwegian Wood'. There will also be parking permits for those who don't live in the area but wish to drive.
