You can get a rainbow cheese toastie for lunch this Wednesday

First came rainbow bagels, now street foodies Grill My Cheese are giving toasties the technicolour treatment. They first made them last week for their birthday celebrations and they were so damn popular that they're going to do them again this Wednesday at Leather Lane market, noon–2pm. They'll be using as natural colours as possible including beetroot, rocket, roasted red onion (with colouring) and goat's cheese, so they'll be beautiful and tasty. Get down early and prepare to Instagram.
