1. Have an early start this morning with prima ballerina Darcey Bussell. To celebrate National Fitness Day, the 'Strictly' star and former principal of the Royal Ballet is leading a free, mass outdoor work out. Be at Paddington Recreation Ground between 7:30am and 8:15am to take part.

2. Celebrate humanity's varied and beautiful genitalia by turning your own into a work of embroidered art at 'Embroider Your Member', one of the London Loom's Late Night Looming workshops. To take part in one of the after-hours weaving classes, head along to the London Loom's HQ in Hackney Downs Studios for 7pm. It's £25 per person to stitch those bits and it's best to email in advance before attending.

3. Test out your river know-how in The Big London River Quiz. Cruise past London's iconic landmarks as you have a crack at the waterborne Thames-themed test. Board the quiz boat at 7:30pm at Westminster Pier. Book your ticket on Totally Thames website for £17.
