1. The dough pros at Franco Manca are celebrating the opening of their new joint in Kings Cross by giving away 100 pizzas. Head there from noon to get them in your gob.

2. Feast on beer and bratwurst at Erdinger's Oktoberfest. The German beer company has built a massive beer tent in the middle of Greenwich Peninsula, and it starts serving up frothy steins from today. Tickets cost between £5 and £30.

3. The Vinyl Factory has put together some impressive-looking art in former office building The Store at 180 Strand. See a screening of Arthur Jafa's 'Love is the Message, the Message is Death' and an immersive installation by the brilliant Ryoji Ikeda. It all opens for free today.
