Trying to use the fact that you're skint as a reason to dodge doing anything special for Mother's Day? Your mum doesn't want to hear your excuses and neither do we. To help you save some pennies, we've rounded up three places where your mum can eat for free this Mother's Day - as long as you shell out for your own food.

Breakfast Club

According to the Breakfast Club, 'your mum loves a sausage on a Sunday'. But even if she doesn't, there's plenty of other stuff on the menu at Breakfast Club where this Mother's Day all mums get to eat for free. Just make sure to bring some kind of ID to prove you're actually related - and no, the fact that you've got extremely similar noses won't do. Valid at all Breakfast Club branches.

Asia de Cuba

The folks as Asia de Cuba have got all things covered, offering mums a free cuban-style Sunday roast, a free bouquet of flowers and a card. Gather up the whole family (warn your siblings that being hungover isn't a valid excuse), as the offer only applies to groups of four or more. 45 St Martin's Lane, WC2N 4HX.

Flemings Mayfair

Afternoon tea is a solid option for Mother's Day (whose mum doesn't like copious amounts of tea and cake?), but it can get seriously pricey. Head to The Drawing Room at Flemings Mayfair, where mums get to eat for free as long as at least three other people are dining. Kick things off with a glass of champagne (your mum gets a freebie), and then stuff your face with dinky cucumber sandwiches, handmade scones and petit fours. Just make sure your mum gets first dibs on the cakes. The Drawing Room at Flemings Mayfair, 7–12 Half Moon Street, W1J 7BH.
