First there was the gin bus, which was pretty awesome, but now Tanqueray have gone to the next level: they’re launching a freaking gin train this Thursday, and you are going to want to climb aboard.

Setting off from Victoria Station at the sexily precise time of 18.50pm, this is a gin-themed round-trip through the English countryside that comes with a seven-course luxury meal.

And this is no chewing-gum-specked national rail wagon, either – we’re talking a fancy vintage train with armchairs (armchairs?!) and individually decorated carriages, so you can drink it all in in style. Sounds too good to be true? Well, err, it is. Tickets cost £450 and quite frankly we’d have to have drunk a few G&Ts to buy one – but it’s nice to dream, isn’t it? Maybe if you down enough Tanqueray on board you can make it worth your while?

The gin train sets off from Victoria Station on Thu May 11 at 18.50pm. You can book a ticket here.
