There's a giant pineapple made of ice on the South Bank today

Feeling the chill today? Things are about to get even icier on the South Bank, thanks to the arrival of three giant ice sculptures in the shape of a pineapple, a strawberry and a raspberry. As well as looking pretty sweet against the backdrop of St Paul's Cathedral, they're also giving away a load of sweet freebies. They'll be handing out 3,000 Dole fruit smoothies, which are being kept cool in the sculptures. Get down there and grab one (and snap a selfie with the pineapple) before they run out.

The sculptures are at the South Bank Observation point near the Oxo Tower.
