Negroni fans, get excited – a bar dedicated solely to the bittersweet cocktail is coming to Shoreditch next month.

Hosted by Campari at Red Gallery for ten days from May 11, the bar will be mixing up 30 variations on the cult cocktail with blends from 15 partner bars, including Satan’s Whiskers and The Looking Glass. As well as the classic one-part gin, one-part red vermouth and one-part Campari concoction, you can sample exotic incarnations like The Carpe Diem Negroni, made with Cocchi Barolo Chinato fortified wine and Punico Zahare liqueur, and the Tu Vuò Fa’ L’Americano with sweet vermouth and pale ale.

For added Campari-themed fun, punters can win original artwork if they spot clues hidden around the bar. Yet another good reason to get a round in.

Find out more about the pop-up.

Campari #Rediscovered will pop up May 11-21 at Red Gallery, 1-3 Rivington Street, EC2A 3DT
