Most of us could only dream of being anywhere near the property ladder in our mid-twenties, but 25-year-old Hugh Grosvenor has just inherited a £9 billion estate, which translates to roughly, er, half of London, apparently.

His Dad, Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor, passed away earlier this week, which means he's now taken the reins as the new Duke of Westminster. The hefty estate includes around 100 acres of Mayfair and 200 acres of Belgravia. Oh, and he's also godfather to Prince George and now the third richest man in Britain. Alright for some, eh?
