Marty McFly is alive and well! And he hangs out on the Old Kent Road. In this piece of video we professionally captured from the top deck of a 453 bus, it seems that one man is audaciously attempting to recreate the opening scenes of 'Back to the Future' from outside the Elephant and Castle branch of Tesco. First, he clings defiantly onto the back of a car, towing himself along, before letting go and continuing to scoot along the road. Then, he whips his phone out and – as you do whilst in the middle of three lanes of high-speed traffic – decides to check his email.
Unfortunately, we didn't capture the following moments, but he then went on to zip from car to car, answering the puzzled question we ask on camera: 'He must know this guy [the driver], right?' Answer: nope. No he doesn't.
Who is he? Does he do this regularly? WHAT HAPPENS IF HE HITS 88 MILES PER HOUR? We need answers
