What’s better than drinking gin? Drinking gin on a floating gin bar! That’s why we’re getting pretty excited about the Botanical Bar which is popping up in time for World Gin Day (June 10) at London’s first Floating Pocket Park.
The park, set on the rather picturesque Grand Union canal, is a lovely-looking wildlife island covered with lush plants and made from recycled materials. The 100-capacity bar will continue the flowery vibes with its G&T menu which features grapefruit and rosemary tonic as well as bitter orange and elderflower. Sounds just the right mix of wholesome and dangerous. Don’t they say you get drunker on water?
The Botanical Bar launches on Saturday June 10 at Floating Pocket Park, Merchant Square, W2 1JS.
