Potterheads, a new Harry Potter event is coming to London in May 2017. The Royal Albert Hall has announced the first in a film-and-live-orchestra series screening the original films with a live score.
For three performances only, the Albert Hall will be showing ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra on stage performing John Williams's original score. The film will be beamed onto a whopping 40-foot screen in what is the first event on a world tour. So if the thought of Harry all grown-up and waving junior off to Hogwarts in ‘The Cursed Child’ is making you feel old, reconnect with D-Rad and chums back where it all started.
‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ will play for three performances, May 12-13, 2017. Tickets on sale from Friday, £28-£74.
