Our hearts are still heavy with the loss of Fabric from our nightlife scene last month, but House of Vans is offering us another chance to celebrate the legendary venue this weekend.
The venue in Old Vic Tunnels will pay homage to the club with a Fabric Live-themed night and a photography exhibition capturing iconic moments from its 17 years of revelry.
Photos by Fabric's regular in-house photographers will be exhibited on Saturday and Sunday, with shots of memorable sets by the likes of Wiley, Shonky and DJ Hype, as well as youth culture captured in the venue.
If you want to carry on the reminiscing into the small hours, then stick around for the venue's #saveourculture bass night. From 9pm to 3am, Fabric regulars including DJ Hype, Logan Sama and rising MC Capo Lee, plus Rinse FM's Sir Spyro will head up the set. There'll also be plenty of surprise guests.
The launch party is on October 21, 9pm–3am. Get tickets here.
The free exhibition runs Saturday 10am–8pm and Sunday noon–6pm. You can purchase the work on display throughout the exhibition. All funds will go to Fabric's #savecourculture fund.
