It's been a worrying day for those eagerly awaiting Saint Nick shimmying down their chimney this Christmas, after footage emerged showing Santa being accosted by police officers on a tube platform just over a week before the big day.

But no need to fret folks, Christmas isn't cancelled.
Santa is still safely in the North Pole and the man posing as Mr Kringle around east London was not arrested after his dressing down by the Met.
