Put down the corner shop plonk! A fancy dessert and wine bar is coming to London

Do you love dessert? Do you love wine? Well well well, Bridget Jones – have we got a treat for you! Luxury gastronomy experts Cuisson are bringing the first-ever dessert and wine bar to London.

POP-Down Dining and Desserts serves three courses of sweet treats and complementary wines, with a mix of unexpected tastes added and a menu that changes every month. At the moment guests will enjoy a carrot cake pot with dehydrated carrot tuile, almond custard with mint jelly and marinated strawberries with black olive caramel.

Find the pop-up at Borough Barista in St James, Thursday–Saturday throughout the summer. Or recreate the experience at home tonight by sticking olives in a cheesecake and downing a bottle of Echo Falls. CHEERS.
