When Pitt Cue closed their original Soho branch earlier this year and reopened in the City, we can't lie, we were pretty devastated. Sure, the new one was great but it wasn't the Pitt Cue we knew and loved. For one thing, the new grown up version wasn't serving pulled pork or picklebacks, the things that made us fall in love with the barbecue joint in the first place. And it seems like it wasn't just us mourning these changes as they're moving back to Soho - to the exact same spot they were in before! From the end of July, 1 Newburgh Street will be Little Pitt, an old school pared-down version of Pitt Cue. Hooray!

Yay to mountains of pulled pork! Yay to guzzling picklebacks! Hello to all the new things they'll be cooking up including sausage buns with kimchi, chicken and anchovy bun, green chilli slaw and dripping baked beans (*has heart attack*). Oh and hi once again to the mega waiting times (yep, this one will be no booking). Who cares though, you know it'll be worth the wait. See you in the queue.

Little Pitt opens at Newburgh St W1F 7RB at the end of July. For more, follow them on @littlepittsoho.
