Remember when Richmond Council was spending £1,000 a day cleaning up Peperami wrappers last year? Well, those spicy sausage snacks are back in town and causing controversy yet again – this time at Wimbledon.

Security guards have reportedly been confiscating Peperamis from hungry tennis fans as they enter the ground. What's their beef? The folks at Peperami have been handing out free samples to people queuing to get in, which seems innocent enough. But the stunt is classed as 'ambush marketing', which is firmly against the official Wimbledon rules. So if you're packing a picnic, you better choose your snacks wisely and leave the Peperamis at home.
