Brit chef Ollie Dabbous is such hot shit, rumour has it when the reviews came in for his last restaurant, Dabbous, he was taking 300 bookings an hour. They had to hire extra staff just to answer the phones. Four years later, and he’s teaming up with the Experimental Group (the equally hot Frenchies behind cocktail hangouts Experimental Cocktail Club and Joyeux Bordel), to launch Henrietta in early 2017, an 80-cover restaurant at the upcoming Henrietta Hotel in Covent Garden. They’re keeping a tight lid on the details, the only things we know so far is that there will be cocktails, and the menu will be seasonal, with a 'subtle nod to France'. It’s mysterious and we like it. Get your dialling fingers ready.
